Gravity of the Situation

This was my first project as a college student ever. What was the guidelines? A line. That was it, create a 3-D representation of a line.

So I started toying with the idea that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. But then it jumped to wait! Wormholes are the closest distance between two points. And then that went on to a bunch of other things like what happens to a line at the speed faster than light. What about around a large mass in space. I was prepared to do a whole series out these.

I settled on the effect a large mass has on a line. I even made the mass an apple, hurray Newton!

It was given on Monday to turn in on Wednesday so I'm under the impression it doesn't need a huge amount of craftsmanship. I did put in some to try and make it look nice, but that's about it

Anyway that's it, tell me what you think for my first 3-D art ever.
